I'm in my lunch break at work and getting a subway - and it's made okay (meatball was all to one side and smushed :/ ) but the poor girl on the end whose rushing and such whilst the other schlubs are all *braindead stare* was working her arse off, so I said "you're doing a good job" and she just stared at me and then rushed off to help at the front of the line.

the ONE time I'm actually semi-pleased with subway service and I compliment them, not even a simple thanks or a smile... I was just so incredibly amused by that.

Today sucks. I may have to see a shrink. Going through references tonight. Sigh.
